Yormehut Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Yormehut Affiliate Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") in promoting Yormehut products through approved marketing channels. By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided.
Definitions
"Affiliate": An individual or entity approved by Yormehut to promote Products under this Program.
"Commission": The percentage of Net Revenue (after taxes, shipping, and discounts) paid to Affiliates for Qualified Sales.
"Qualified Sale": A sale that meets all criteria:
Generated through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link.
Completed within the 30-day cookie window.
Not refunded or canceled within 45 days.
"Prohibited Activities": Includes spam, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, and unethical promotions.
Eligibility & Application
Requirements
Must be 18+ years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
Must own a website, social media account (10k+ followers), or email list (5k+ subscribers).
Prohibited Entities: Competitors, coupon sites, or platforms promoting illegal content.
Application Process
Submit an application via Yormehut’s Affiliate Portal.
Yormehut reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique tracking link.
Commission Structure
Rates
Standard Rate: 10% of Net Revenue.
Tiered Bonuses:
12% for 500–1,000/month in sales.
15% for $1,000+/month.
Payment Terms
Payout Threshold: $50 (via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer).
Payment Schedule: Monthly, on the 15th of the following month.
Refund Policy: Commissions are void if a sale is refunded within 45 days.
Prohibited Activities
PPC Restrictions: No bidding on "Yormehut" or variations (e.g., "Yormehut discount").
Incentivized Traffic: Cashback/loyalty sites require prior written approval.
Misleading Claims: Cannot guarantee product results (e.g., "Lose 10kg in 1 week").
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
Yormehut may immediately terminate for violations (e.g., fraud).
Unpaid commissions are forfeited upon termination.
Intellectual Property Rights
License Grant
Yormehut grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Yormehut's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials ("Licensed Materials") solely for promotional purposes under this Program.
User-Generated Content
Affiliates retain ownership of original content but grant Yormehut a perpetual license to use such content for marketing purposes.
Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
Data Processing
Affiliates acting as data controllers must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Yormehut acts as data controller for customer information collected through affiliate links.
GDPR Requirements
For EU promotions:
Disclose data collection practices in privacy policies
Obtain explicit consent for cookies/tracking
Provide opt-out mechanisms
Report data breaches within 72 hours
Data Retention
Affiliate data is retained for 3 years after Program termination for compliance purposes.
Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
Yormehut's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to Affiliate in the preceding 6 months.
Affiliate Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify Yormehut against all claims arising from:
Unauthorized use of intellectual property
Violation of promotional restrictions
False/misleading claims about products
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war).
Dispute Resolution
Negotiation
Parties shall attempt good faith negotiations for 30 days before escalation.
Class Action Waiver
Affiliates waive the right to participate in class actions against Yormehut.
Tax Compliance
Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for:
Reporting commission income
Paying applicable local/foreign taxes
Providing tax forms (W-8BEN/W-9 as applicable)
Withholding Taxes
Yormehut may withhold taxes as required by law (e.g., 30% for non-treaty foreign affiliates).
Amendments & Notices
Modifications
Yormehut may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Notices shall be sent via:
Email (to registered affiliate address)
Dashboard announcements
Registered mail for legal notices
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms supersede all prior agreements regarding the Program.
Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Assignment
Affiliates may not transfer rights without Yormehut's written consent.
